We were making faces for selfies and faces at each other.
As I looked at her to make a face, she suddenly stopped and stared.
“You’re eyes are so big. So, so big.”
I laughed and then continued to make a new silly face. Her eyes became serious, and she came in closer, “No. Your eyes are very big. Very big.”
And then she poked them.

Love to read your blogs, Kelli! We are getting so much coverage of the rescue of the soccer team that was stranded in the cave there in Thailand. The area is north Thailand near Burma, so I’m wondering if this Mae Sai is any where near you. Since some of the boys are Burmese, are any of them anyone who attended church or school in Mae Sot? I found a lengthy story about Abdul, a Burmese who crossed into Thailand to get a better education and who was critical to the rescue because he is multi-lingual and instrumental in speaking to the rescuers.
