Oh, and after some observation during our regular visits to the pool, we’re pretty sure they simply lay the towels out dry in the sun and fold them back up. I guess there is the off chance they are letting them dry and folding them up to take them to the laundry, but it seems unlikely.
Oh, well. I guess the smell can only really be blamed on us then?
Did you know that sunshine is the most effective bacteria killer there is? I used cloth diapers on all my kids and read that once. I never hung their diapers out to dry though. Used vinegar rinses instead.
It would still bug me a little bit to use towels that weren’t laundered between use. At least there’s sunshine. I’ve been reading about the massive flooding that’s been going on. Glad you guys are all right.
