The Reinforcers was formed to train and mentor youth in our neighborhood in their final years of high school. Our goal is to create work they can do outside of school, so they able to contribute to their families while they continue their education. We also hope to provide them with unique skills and experiences among their peer group.

This project began in 2017 and has seen two students graduate! We now have one student in a managerial role and three more students in training.

The House Collective has sound equipment that is available for rent in the Mae Sot area for office events, fundraisers, concerts, presentations, and more. With each booking, customers receive a quality sound system and the assistance of a sound technician, trained to set up the sound equipment, run it during the event, and tear down. The initial costs of equipment were funded, so now we are able to charge reasonable rates to simply cover their salaries and maintain equipment over time.
