For us, this photo captures On The House perfectly: we help each other out; we get by with a little help from our friends.

On The House allows us all to give collectively.

Sometimes it is the gift of a meal or a few hours of time, sometimes its a community event to bring us all together. Quite often, its a birthday cake and community party! These are the small gifts to make days brighter.

Annually, we host a Christmas meal, give Christmas gifts to over 400 people, and celebrate in any other way we can think of! We also provide a birthday cake to all the kids in the community on their special day.

Other than this, On The House is very fluid as we simply look for small ways to help those that are struggling. We provide food for families in medical emergencies, toys for neighbor children in the hospital, or sometimes just a new pair of shoes when we see someone going to work or school barefoot. Each of these is a testament to those who give to The House Fund, providing us the means to love our neighbors in tangible ways whenever an opportunity shows itself.
