I passed a cyclist yesterday with a rat on his shoulder. Not your friendly little pet store rat, but a local-sized not-so-friendly-looking rat, simply sitting on his shoulder as he rode his bike down the side of the highway.
We’ve seen the monkeys on motorbikes, the elephants with CDs attached to their tails as reflectors, and the turtles on a leash. But a rat, tamed to sit on your shoulder?
