    haha. pork blood? My mom stir fries them with chives. Not my fav dish, but not awful either. I can tolerate it.

    How do you find these things out? Maybe you don’t need to know things like that. Is it because thats all they have? I am having a hard time understanding that.

    It’s usually chicken blood, but sometimes I think they use pork. It’s like a soup with this brown-ish jello-looking blood in it. Pretty popular in Northern Thailand; not so popular with me–in idea, of course. I haven’t tried it yet!
